CSR Initiatives

The success of NCAS is intrinsically linked to the success of South Africa as a whole. As a company operating in the country, we strongly believe that we should take into account the social, ethical and environment’s effects of our activities on the communities where we work and live in. This makes is essential for us to be socially responsible and give by back to the local communities knowing well that we can affect real positive change through our actions.

We support the national and international objectives behind South Africa’s National Development Plan, AU’s Agenda 2063 and UN’s SDGs, which are mutually reinforcing agendas.

Agenda 2063 also focuses on the AU’s Pan African drive, African cultural identity, common heritage, values and ethics; the African Renaissance; and Security.

These fundamentals resonate with our core values and are aligned with our intent. We will strive to participate in whichever little way possible toward these goals whilst encouraging employee participation/volunteerism in all our initiatives.
