Bushy Mbele, Chief Executive Officer at NAS Colossal Aviation Services (NCAS), is responsible for managing NCAS in South Africa while ensuring the implementation and adherence to the company’s vision, mission and values. He also leads the setting and implementation of the company strategy and structure. Bushy has been with Bidair Services in South Africa since March 2010 starting as National Operations Director and getting promoted to CEO in April 2016. Following its acquisition by NAS and Colossal Africa in 2020, Bidair Services evolved into NCAS. Before joining Bidair Services, Bushy served as General Manager of Great North Transport, a passenger transport company, where he was responsible for setting and managing budgets, strategic planning, management of key contracts amongst other responsibilities. He has also with Equity Aviation Services (formerly Apron Services) for seven years as a Business Unit Manager. Bushy has Diploma in Road Transport Management from the Rand Afrikaans University as well as a Management Advanced Programme from the Wits Business School.
