Duduzile Nhlapho, is an Executive: People’s Management at NAS Colossal Aviation services, handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Started my career in aviation industry 2011 as a flight controller for passenger handling at BidAir services and later promoted to Duty Manager passenger handling. In the year 2016 I moved to Industrial Relations department as an IR specialist and then acted as an IR Manager from June 2020-Augut 2021. Completed a higher certificate in Economic and Management sciences through the university of South Africa, NQF Level 8 in Dispute Resolution acquired through University of Stellenbosch. Currently a second year in the University of South Africa studying towards a degree in Bachelor Of Laws (LLB )
