Cingashe (Nogaya) Motale, is an Executive Director – spearheading transformation and ancillary services at NAS Colossal Aviation services. an entrepreneur, a speaker and advisor and consultant in the entrepreneurial and marketing disciplines, a former board member for Yekani Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, an Executive Director at the MPC Marketing, Colossal Africa Infrastructure. She is a former EC committee member of Businesswoman Association, and current Western Cape committee member. With over 20 years experience in both the Public and Private sector within advocacy,strategy, management with specific interest in economic development and industrialization. She worked for, USAID, Investec, The Industrial Development Corporation and the Eastern Cape Socio Economic Consultative council. She has studied towards a BComm Degree, Marketing Diploma and an NQF level 6 Qualification in Leadership. She is a qualified Business Advisor and Trainer.
